Pamela Alboher-Ray is the founder and director of North Star Health and has inspired thousands of people with her skills and vast repertoire of knowledge. She is an acknowledged expert in numerous complimentary therapies with 35 years experience. As a health educator, and counselor she gently guides and empowers students in a holistic approach acknowledging the inter-connections of the body, mind, heart, and spirit. She holds a Ph.D. in Preventative and Therapeutic Clinical Nutrition received from Roger J. Williams Graduate School of Nutritional Science in 1984. She is certified in clinical nutrition by the American Council of Applied Clinical Nutrition. (since 1981). She also holds certification and qualification in Homeopathy, Herb and Plant Medicine, Reflexology, Thai Medical Massage, Therapeutic Touch, Applied Kinesiology, Electro Dermal Screening, Iridology, Mastery of Language, Emotional Polarity Technique, Electro Acupuncture, and Quantum Reflex Analysis (QRA). She is also licensed by the state of Indiana in Massage. She has taught classes privately and at Indiana and Purdue Universities continuing education divisions, Butler University, and several local hospitals and schools. Activating her vision of wellness she currently facilitates successful outcomes with her skills in nutrition, herbs, flower essences, purification, homeopathy, iridology, stress management, language, and energy bodywork. She currently schedules individual and group trainings. Group presentations are held at North Star and also off site, and include: Nutrition, Weight Management, Purification, Herbs, Homeopathy, Iridology, Mind Mapping for Leadership, and Body Work.

 For Nutritional Consultation:

 North Star Health offers help with basic foundation nutrition programs at no charge when you visit our store in Fishers IN. Come by and talk to our knowledgeable staff and they will assist you in expanding your nutritional program. We also offer classes and group and individual consultations.

Nutritional Consulations with Pamela Alboher-Ray, Ph.D., Certified Clinical Nutritionist are currently only available in her office at North Star. To schedule a private individual session you will need to fill in an application which can be mailed, emailed or faxed to you.

  Individual sessions are offered to healthy individuals who are interested in maintaining their wellness, and who are presently implementing a good eating plan with nutrient supplementation. We will soon have the capability for you to email us your request for application.

 Dr. Alboher-Ray first offers appointments to people who she has an already working rapport with, and to people referred by the staff at North Star who they recognize as already implementing a good foundation health program for themselves.

The foundation basics are defined as an eating plan that regularly includes highest quality whole natural foods, adequate fluids, proteins, carbohydrates, good fats, and fibers, and reduced sugar; and includes base line nutrient supplementation such as B vitamins, minerals, multi-vitamins and anti-oxidants. Upon reviewing your application Dr Pamela may suggest expanding your basic foundation program to better prepare you for the best benefit of your in office or phone consultation.

  Body Work sessions including electro-acupuncture with Dr. Pamela are available to clients she is already working with nutritionally.

 Each applicant for enrollment will be evaluated and notified by phone or mail as to Dr. Alboher-Ray’s availability. Upon acceptance, an appointment can be scheduled and questionnaires can be picked up or mailed out. Questionnaires + 7 day dietary intake are required back 1 week before appointment. The first session begins with purification and rejuvenation and supporting the weakest link.Sessions are considered health education. No insurance assignments are accepted. These services do not diagnose or treat medical conditions and are designed to respect any recommendations or treatment by other health practitioners.

 Payment for trainings, lab tests, and supplies is expected at the time services are rendered. Checks, Cash, Master Card, and Visa are Welcome.
