North Star maintains a well stocked inventory of fresh products. We have a healthy business that maintains a strong inventory and we have been selling product since 1974. Thank you for supporting us!

All online orders are confirmed by an autogenerated email. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours please contact us and let us know (use contact us button, which will send us an email).

We do our best to get your products out right away from our well maintained inventory. Please expect 1 day for processing time plus the shipping time to receive your products. (Most orders received by 1pm EST are packed ready to ship the same day.) On average, customers receive their package within 3-5 business days depending on their location in the USA.

We currently only ship to the USA and our shipping discounts or free shipping is offered only to addresses in the continental USA at this time.

Most orders are packed and will be sent out within 1-2 days and are usually sent by priority US Mail, and sometimes we use UPS, or Fedx. Orders $150 and over going to the continental USA receive free ground shipping (some exclusions for heavier products and will be noted in the cart with product information, and in some cases the products themselves have a bit higher price than in our store if they are heavy in rate and then will not have an extra shipping charge, we also have an additional charge for refrigerated items in warmer months and the products will note that on product info pages). And within the continental USA most packages will have a shipping rate of $10 - (ground rate) if under $150. Normal shipping (not discounted or free) charges apply to ship to Hawaii and Alaska (we do not ship to Puerto Rico or Virgin Islands at this time).

Indiana residents pay 7% sales tax when applicable.

Methods of Shipment: We have chosen mainly Priority Mail and occasionally UPS, or Fedx, to handle all our shipping needs. We believe the gain in efficiency by matching the best courier for each shipment will result in better prices for our customers.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, as shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected and we have very little incidence of damaged shipments.

Returns and Refund Policy

There is a return Handling Fee per order of $7 on all returns.

Any and all products returned for refund/ or credit:
must be unopened in its original container with the safety seal intact, and must be returned in a sale-able condition , which is at our discretion.
Product to be considered for return must be returned within 30 days of invoice date (Note exceptions below)

All Products returned must first get a return authorization number from us to include in your packing box to be considered for refund, and products sent back without RMA# will not be considered for return/credit. Shipping expenses, and shipping back fees of the product back is the responsibility of the customer.

You may return an un-opened, un-used, non-perishable, product within 25 days for a refund minus the original shipping cost we incurred (even if you had free shipping) shipping cost and the $7 return handling fee. You may also choose to opt to receive a store credit minus ( shipping charges), and there is still a $7 return fee. Items not available for return are: refrigerated items, special order, expired, or clearance items, as the sale of these items is final.

If you have opened the product and it is defective you may also be considered for a return or refund.

We are sorry if you just do not like a product, unfortunately, we cannot refund you after trying it. There is a lot of individual variation in taste perception, digestion, and health status. Please find a family or friend that can utilize it. We hope you understand. .

Shipping costs are not refunded and may be deducted from returns originally shipped FREE or shipped at a reduced rate. Email us through our Contact us button for a Return Authorization Number before returning any product.

If you were shipped the wrong product by fault of ours, we will provide you with a free shipping label for its return (or you may be able to keep it) and we will credit you for that product as soon as we receive it back. The correct product will be shipped out to you as soon as we are informed of the error and shipping may be free of charge.

Packages Returned
Any package returned undeliverable or refused.
Please do not refuse a package unless you have requested a return authorization from us and we have instructed you to do so, as you will not receive credit.

If you refuse a shipment, with a return authorization: the product cost on the invoice will be refunded less processing charges but NOT shipping costs unless we made an error with the address of the package, if you made the error, shipping expenses are customers responsibility. Any extra delivery charges due to customer error will be deducted from the refund as well as other charges according to our Refund Policy on Returned Products.

Typographical or product description errors: We do our best to update and maintain our site on a very regular basis. Sometimes there may be errors in pricing or product description (size, weight, ingredients, etc.) on our site. Sometimes our vendors do not always inform us ahead of changes in sizes or prices. In the event of any product mis-information or typographical error, you may return the product for a full refund. If it is listed at an incorrect price, North Star Health Inc, shall have the right to refuse or cancel the order at any time due to price changes. In addition, we have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Severe or Allergic Reactions need to be addressed immediately. For a reaction to report: , contact us by phone or email as soon as possible after reaction has occurred. We will relay this information to the vendor. This process may take several weeks to resolve after the report is made before the refund is issued to you because we have to resolve this with the manufacturer first so they authorize a refund to us. The manufacturer's Quality Assurance team may also need to contact you directly. We strongly recommend that if you have a history of sensitivity or allergies that you consult a professional health counselor prior to making a purchase to ensure you are receiving professional guidance in selecting products that will be helpful to you. This often reduces the risk of a reaction before you buy it, as well as getting good results with formatting your program for upgrading your health.
